Screen refurbishment & frames
Covering and refurbishment service for wooden and metal frames as well as insert frames for plansifters. You send in the frames or have them collected, we inspect, clean and re-cover them to your specifications.

Our breakdown service responds quickly: we first diagnose by phone or via remote access and, depending on the region, are on site at short notice, regionally, nationwide or internationally. With a service contract you secure defined response times.
Do you also look after machines from other manufacturers?
Yes, we work manufacturer-independently and look after machines and plants of all makes. As a Bühler Authorized Reseller and official SAATI distribution partner, we also have direct access to original parts and milling screen mesh.
Are there service contracts with fixed response times?
Yes. We agree maintenance schedules and service contracts with defined response times, including complete service and maintenance documentation, digital or on paper.
How does screen refurbishment work?
You send in your screen frames or have them collected. We inspect, clean and re-cover them to your specifications. We keep common mesh grades from various manufacturers in stock, and short turnaround is guaranteed.
What happens if a part is no longer available?
We find solutions for discontinued components: via cross-referencing we propose suitable alternatives, or the part is remanufactured through reverse engineering.
